GeoAmericas 2016 & the 3rd Pan-American Conference on Geosynthetics was hosted by the North American Geosynthetics Society (NAGS). And it was held at Loews Miami Beach from 10-13 April 2016. As the gold sponsor, TMP’s President Mr. Wang Xuewen and the Vice-President Mr. Wang Peng attended the GeoAmericas 2016.

GeoAmericas is the most historical and most professional organization for Geosynthetics materials in America. It is held every four years (Cancun 2008. Lima 2012). There were 95 booths in the GeoAmericas 2016, and the total exhibition area was about 21,000 square feet. The geosynthetics industry's leading manufacturers, such as Tencate, Tensar, GSE, Maccaferri, Italy Tenax,  Germany Huesker, NAUE, and other international manufacturers all presented the exhibition.

TMP showed all of our Geosynthetics products including PP Biaxial Geogrid, PE Uniaxial Geogrid, Composite Geogrid, Mining Geogrid, Geocell, Continuous Filament Needle Punched Nonwoven Geotextile and Engineering Fiber. Many new and old customers from Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania had the in-depth exchanges with us on the industry situation and market trends. Understanding the true idea of the customers is an effective guidance and help for the next step to expand international business.

By attending GeoAmericas 2016, TMP got many opportunities of face to face communication with customers, and got more information about the industry situation and market trends. It created a good condition to speed up TMP’s internationalization process in geosynthetics market. And it was also a solid step for TMP to achieve the “Century-Modern” strategy.
